CHRIS NICE
JOURNALIST
Welcome!

My name is Chris Nice, and this is my website where you can find my journalistic work for the St Kilda Football Club, The Rushed Behind and RMIT University.

I have recently graduated with distinction from RMIT after completing my degree in Journalism, with aspirations to become involved in the AFL media landscape.

Currently, I work full-time at St Kilda Football Club as Digital Media Coordinator, producing written content for the website and co-managing the club's social channels.

Sport and writing have been longtime passions of mine, and I hope to continue to merge these two worlds together into a career I will love.

I am also part of the AFL panel show The Rushed Behind, which alongside Nick D'Urbano, Athos Sirianos, Brooke Varney and Will Watson, I co-founded in 2017 and co-host every week on Channel 31.

The Rushed Behind has been a major part of my journalistic endeavours for the past three years and something I am immensely proud of.
I currently serve as a television panellist, head editor (website), content writer and website developer for The Rushed Behind, and am always looking for new and exciting ways to make the show relatable, entertaining and accessible to footy fans.

While I've had experience in print, television and radio across a multitude of topics and styles, AFL has been the one which I am the most passionate about.

Through this website, I hope you can see that love and dedication coming through.

There’s quite a bit of journalistic material here produced for multiple outlets, ranging from football match reports, feature articles, weekly AFL television episodes and podcasts, photography and more!

Whatever you choose to read, view or listen to, I really appreciate the time taken for you to visit this site.

Feel free to get in touch or provide any feedback!
